Information on Personal Data Processing

Our company ensures that all personal data provided by you is processed in accordance with the applicable legislation in this area.

 

With regard to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter referred to as the “GDPR”), as well as the related national legislation, this information clarifies which personal data we collect and how we use and protect such data.

Personal data controller:  TECHNICOAT Bakeware s.r.o., with its registered office at Planá, Planá 87, postcode 370 01, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Regional Court in České Budějovice, Section C, File 23613/KSCB (hereinafter referred to as the “Controller”) hereby informs you about the processing of your personal data and your rights in accordance with Article 13 of the GDPR.

 

Purpose of Personal Data Processing

The purposes for which the personal data are processed:

• performance under contractual relations with the Controller
• protection of the rights of the Controller (e.g. recovery of the Controller's debts)
• establishing, maintaining and deepening business relationships with the Controller, including communication through the Controller's website

 

Legal Basis for Personal Data Processing

Processing of personal data is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party or for the implementation of measures taken prior to the conclusion of the contract at the request of the data subject. Furthermore, the processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests of the Controller. Provision of personal data is not a contractual or legal requirement, and the data subject is not obliged to provide personal data, but the failure to provide it may result in a failure to conclude the contract.

 

What Personal Data We Process

In particular, the Controller processes the following personal data:

• identification data, in particular title, name, surname, job/position
•  contact details, in particular telephone number, fax number, work e-mail address at the workplace
• the data included in the communication, in particular any personal data provided to us by clients, employees, statutory representatives, authorised or contact persons of clients and potential clients in the context of their communication with us, but also the content of the communication with the person itself, i.e. the content of an email or a message sent via a web form.

 

The Controller processes these personal data to uniquely and unmistakably identify the data subject and to enable contact with the data subject.

 

Categories of Data Subjects

The Controller processes personal data of the Controller's customers.

 

Method of Processing and Protection of Personal Data

Processing of personal data is carried out by the Controller. Processing is carried out in its branches and at the Controller's headquarters by individual authorised employees of the Controller. Processing is carried out by computer technology or, in the case of personal data in paper form, manually, in compliance with all security principles for the management and processing of personal data.

 

Period of Personal Data Processing

In accordance with the time limits specified in the relevant contracts or in the relevant legislation, this is the period necessary to secure the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship, but for a maximum of 10 years.

 

Rights of Data Subject

Controllers process personal data transparently, fairly and in accordance with the GDPR.

The data subject has the right of access to his or her data, to an explanation, as well as other rights if he or she considers that the processing is not correct.

The Controller hereby informs the personal data subjects of their rights, which are as follows:

• the right to request access to his or her personal data (Article 15 of the GDPR), i.e. in particular the right to know the purpose of the processing of personal data; the right to know the categories of personal data concerned; the right to know the recipient or categories of recipients of personal data; the right to know the period for which personal data will be stored; the right to any available information about the source of the personal data, unless it is obtained from the data subject; facts about whether automated decision-making, including profiling, is taking place,
• the right to request the Controller to correct personal data (Article 16 of the GDPR),
• the right to erasure of personal data (Article 17 of the GDPR),
• the right to restriction of processing of personal data (Article 18 of the GDPR),
• the right to object to the processing of personal data (Article 21 of the GDPR),
• the right to file a complaint with a supervisory authority (Article 77 of the GDPR),
• the right to data portability, i.e. the right to obtain his or her personal data concerning him or her, which he or she has provided to the Controller, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and the right to transmit this data to another controller (Article 20 of the GDPR).
